Run Session - £1 members - £2 non-members. These weekly coached running sessions are held every Tuesday evening and last an hour. A typical session has 15 min of warm up, a 30 min main session and then a 15 min warm down. Each session has a plan and all the sessions are aimed at improving your running technique and endurance. These sessions are open to all abilities and the detail of each session is normally published on our Facebook and Website Running page a few days before each session.
