Run Session - £1 members - £2 non-members. These weekly coached running sessions are held every Tuesday evening at 19:00 and last an hour. A typical session has 15 min of warm up, a 30 min main session and then a 15 min warm down. Each session has a plan and all the sessions are aimed at improving your running technique and endurance. These sessions are open to all abilities and the detail of each session is normally published on our Facebook page a few days before each session. We meet at Newtown Road carpark (WR14 1PD)
Held every Tuesday in term time at Malvern Splash Leisure Centre, these youth swim sessions are for children age 7 and above. Minimum swim ability is to be able to swim 25m of front crawl.
