For Autumn and Winter we are holding our run/bike/fun sessions at Malvern Cube. Depending on weather the sessions will either be run outdoors or indoors. These sessions will build your FUNDEMENTAL skills which will develop into key movement that you will need to build good swimming, cycling and running form. All sessions are run to be fun while learning the skills needed to take part in triathlon.
