Session details

These weekly coached running sessions are held every Tuesday evening at 19:00 and last an hour.  A typical session has 15 min of warm up, a 30min main session and then a 15 min warm down.  Each session has a plan and all the sessions are aimed at improving your running technique and endurance. These sessions are open to all abilities and the detail of each session is normally published on our Facebook page a few days before each session.

The training currently takes place  outdoors and you will need trainers suitable for the road, clothes that meet the weather conditions, some high viz on show as it is getting dark.  From 11 Feb 20 we meet opposite Screwfix ( 8 & 9, Malvern Business Park, Betony Rd, Malvern WR14 1GS).
