Run training starts a brand new programme put together by David Dutton tomorrow. Places are booked via Eventbrite and there is currently only one place left at 19:30. All the details are on the Eventbrite page.
We are currently under CV19 restrictions so we are running 3 sessions every Tuesday at 18:30, 19:20 and 19:30. To meet government guidelines sessions are limited to 5 attendees and bookings can be made via our Eventbrite page (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/malvern-triathlon-club-run-training-session-11-tickets-109680579566). These weekly coached running sessions last an hour. A typical session has 15 min of warm up, a 30min main session and then a 15 min warm down. Each session has a risk assessment and plan and all the sessions are aimed at improving your running technique and endurance. These sessions are open to all abilities and the detail of each session can be provided if requested. The training currently takes place outdoors and you will need trainers suitable for the trails and clothes that meet the weather conditions. We meet in the middle carpark on Peachfield Road WR14 4AN.
We are doing social challenges each month and the details for these can be found on our face book site.
